Autograph letter signed from F.M. Kelly to I.B. Watson, Cheltenham [manuscript], 1818 August 10.

Correspondent is possibly Frances Maria Kelly. In regards to an engagement on stage in Cheltenham. Mentions that the English opera closes on the 5th of October. Kelly's retained copy of the letter she sent, written on the cover a letter addressed to her at No. 8 Henrietta St, Covent Garden, London. Pencil annotation on verso reads "This is a copy of the reply sent by Miss K. to the letter to her from Waters of Cheltenham. As was not infrequently done, the copy was made on the address cover of the letter, the otherpart being torn off & kept."
